Welcome Clint Walker to the team
Clint Walker has been named Editor of LRL. A veteran in the publishing industry, Clint has held numerous editor and publisher positions in automotive, car audio, and home entertainment publications. Alisha Walker has been named Departments Editor. The Walkers are avid Land Rover owners with a D90 that supports their active outdoor lifestyle. Outback Challenge Underway
Team Red Rhino takes up flying
The 2006 Outback Challenge is underway. Photos are being posted in the event photo section of the web site. Nearly all vehicles have replaced and/or repaired multiple components already, including full engine swaps. Five of 51 vehicles are officially out. After flying start that brought cheers but caused damage, John & Jason Michaels are gaining experience with each stage. Norman Hall and Keith Kreuter are facing electrical problems and multiple breakdowns that may force them out of the competition. >Look at photos.

Rover Rendezvous 6 in Death Valley
Expect the Unexpected
The 6th Annual Rover Rendezvous was held March 10-12 in Death Valley organized in partnership between the Southern California Land Rover Club and the Las Vegas Land Rover Club. Although there was more cold than heat, well over 100 Rover vehicles were on hand to explore the amazing valley. LRL was on hand and photos from the event can be seen at under Event Photos.
